Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.
  • Items must not show any signs of damage, wear, or misuse.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at checkout.

How to Return

  1. Contact Us – Email us at deoandlove@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization – We will review your request and provide return instructions along with a return authorization.
  3. Pack the Item – Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging or a safe alternative to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Ship the Item – Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safe delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for a different model or variant, we will process the exchange upon receiving your returned item. Any price difference or shipping charges will apply. The exchanged item will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, an unboxing video is mandatory for processing your damage claim. The video must clearly show the condition of the product during unboxing, including the packaging and any visible damage.
  • Claim Timeline: Submit the unboxing video and claim within 48 hours of delivery to ensure a smooth return or replacement process.
  • If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during shipping, we will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement product within 5-6 business days.
